Today’s morning meditation will help you practice being kind to yourself.
Good morning, beautiful,
This week, our theme is kindness.
Kindness is the quality of being friendly, generous and considerate. And today, we’re going to practice focusing that kind energy to ourselves.
So Let’s Begin…

BE KIND TO YOURSELF THIS MORNING KINDNESS MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
So let’s begin by bringing your attention inward,
And placing your hands just above your belly button.
Feel the warmth of your touch,
And see if you can connect to the gentle movement of your body.
Feeling the expansion and contraction of your belly as you breathe.
Inviting your jaw,
Shoulders,
Arms and legs to relax as your breathing slows you down.
PAUSE…
Now let your arms return to a comfortable position,
And then come into this moment.
Letting go of any thoughts or emotions that might be hanging around or calling for your attention.
Releasing them out through every exhale,
And then inhaling yourself into the now.
Breathe…
PAUSE…
We can often be our own biggest critic,
Poking holes in the tapestry of our lives that we expect to be perfect.
Condemning ourselves for our mistakes,
Or even pushing ourselves too far because we feel like we have something to prove.
But my love,
You are an extraordinary, imperfect human being.
So be kind to yourself this morning,
And bestow the gentleness, grace and encouragement you give so easily to others, onto yourself.
Your body, mind and soul will flourish because of it.
PAUSE…
So just be here,
One with your breath.
One with your body.
One with this moment.
And feel the lightness of kindness overtake you.

Breathe in kindness,
Breathe out expectations.
Breathe in grace,
Breathe out judgements.
Breathe in tenderness,
Breathe out perfection.
PAUSE…
You are a beautiful being of light,
And you are worthy of unconditional kindness and love.
