BALANCE BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
As you close your eyes and begin to breathe deeply, bring your attention to the present moment.
Feel your body relaxing and your mind slowing down.
You are here, now, and you are ready to begin.
Let’s begin by first focusing on the body.
Envision a warm, golden light flowing through every part of you, from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet.
Imagine this light washing away any tension, stress, or discomfort that may be present, leaving you feeling calm, centered, and strong.
Send gratitude to your body for carrying you through life and allowing you to experience all that you do.
Now turn your attention to your mind.
Acknowledge any thoughts or emotions that may be present, but refrain from attaching to them.
Simply observe them as they arise, and then let them pass.
Picture your mind as a clear blue sky, with thoughts and emotions drifting by like clouds.
Gently remind yourself that you are not your thoughts or emotions; you are the observer of them.
Send gratitude to your mind for allowing you to think, create, and learn.
And now shift your attention and connect with your spirit.
Envision a bright, radiant light at the center of your being, connected to the infinite energy of the universe.
Imagine this light expanding and filling your entire body and beyond, connecting you to all living beings and the natural world.
Send gratitude to your spirit for helping you to live your life with purpose and meaning.
As you sit in stillness, allow yourself to simply be until you are ready to open your eyes.
