Feel the rhythm of each inhale and exhale.
PAUSE…
Let yourself sink into the present moment,
Feel the sensations of your body and the peace that surrounds you.
PAUSE…
Take a deep breath and close your eyes.
PAUSE…
Imagine yourself standing in the center of a peaceful and harmonious space.
This space is a reflection of the balance and peace that already exists within you.
There’s nowhere for you to go to find it.
PAUSE…
Feel the stillness and calmness of this space,
Let its energy fill you with a sense of stability and tranquility.
PAUSE…
As you stand here,
Let go of any thoughts or emotions that no longer serve you,
Allow them to dissolve into the peaceful space around you.
Know that you are free to let go and just be connected to the balance and peace within you.
