You have the power to perceive and connect with the world beyond what your physical senses can detect.

Let yourself feel the energy that surrounds you, the subtle vibrations of the universe.
Notice any sensations in your body, any tingling or warmth or coolness.
These are the signs that your spiritual senses are awakening.

Now, expand your awareness beyond your physical body, beyond this moment in time and space.

Connect with the infinite wisdom and love that permeate the universe.
Allow yourself to be open to receiving messages and insights from your higher self, your spirit guides, your angels.
