Awaken to a New Day (Awaken) Morning Meditation

Today’s morning meditation will help you awaken to this brand new day.

Good morning, beautiful. 

Our theme this week is awaken.

For the purpose of this week’s meditations, awaken means to become consciously aware of something.  And today, we’re awakening to a new day.  To all the possibilities it holds.  To all that we are right now in this moment and can become throughout the day. 

So Let’s Begin…

AWAKEN TO A NEW DAY AWAKEN MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

So let’s begin by bringing one hand to touch your heart.

And breathe in fully,

Feeling the expansion of your chest as you do.

PAUSE…

Take a few deep breaths in,

One with your body in this moment.

Honoring the beginning of a new day.

PAUSE…

Now bring your hand down to your side,

And settle deeper into comfort.

PAUSE…

Today is new.

A fresh start.

A chance to live fully.

A chance to love fully.

A chance to be fully you.

PAUSE…

It’s not about how much you accomplish.

Or how fast you go.

It’s about awakening to all that life is,

In any given moment.

The miracles,

The challenges,

The light,

And the dark.

The lessons,

The gifts.

And the people who are a part of it all.

PAUSE…

So breathe it in,

This fresh new air,

And know it’ll fuel your way.

So focus on love,

On forgiveness and magic,

And awaken to this brand new day.
