Today’s morning meditation is an invitation to envision patience.
Having patience allows us to take time to understand each other, our own feelings and motivations, and to be more understanding and accepting of situations.
So Let’s Begin…
AN INVITATION TO ENVISION PATIENCE MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Feel your body relax, and allow yourself to be in the present moment.
PAUSE…
Be aware of the breath, going in and out.
With each breath, let go of any worries or stresses you may have.
PAUSE…
Allow yourself to be kind and gentle with yourself.
Let go of any judgment or negative thoughts you may have.
LONG PAUSE…
Let go of any expectations or goals you may have placed on yourself.
Allow yourself to simply be.
LONG PAUSE…
Allow patience to enter your heart and mind.
Remind yourself that nothing is ever truly urgent and that everything happens in its own time.
PAUSE…
Remind yourself to be patient with others.
We all have our own journey.
PAUSE…
As you come to the end of this meditation, take another deep breath.
Allow yourself to be open to the idea of patience and understanding in all areas of your life.
When you are ready, slowly open your eyes.
