Take a moment to close your eyes and relax as you settle deeply into the present moment..

Feel your body sink into the ground beneath you,
Allow your breath to become slow and steady.

Bring your focus to your heart,
And gently place your hands over it.
PAUSE…
Imagine a warm, golden light radiating from your heart center.
Allow yourself to feel the joy and peace that comes with this light.

Take a few moments to savor this feeling of joy and peace in your heart.
Allow yourself to be carried away by the warmth of this light and the joy it brings.

See yourself in a beautiful field of wildflowers,
The sun shining down on you and birds singing in the trees above.

Feel the joy of the moment and the beauty of nature.
