Today’s morning meditation is an invitation to envision and bring more confidence into your being.
By visualizing and inviting confidence, you can start to become more confident in your everyday life and elevate your self-esteem.
So Let’s Begin…
AN INVITATION TO ENVISION CONFIDENCE MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, and exhale through your mouth.
PAUSE…
Repeat this deep breathing for a few moments to help you relax.
Focus on your breath, and let your mind and body become calm and still.
LONG PAUSE…
Imagine yourself standing in front of a mirror.
You see yourself standing tall, your head held high, and your shoulders back.
You look into your own eyes and you see confidence and strength.
PAUSE…
You notice that you are wearing your favorite outfit, the one that makes you feel the most confident.
You look in the mirror and you see your best self.
PAUSE…
As you look at yourself in the mirror, repeat the following affirmation to yourself:
“I am confident. I trust in my abilities and I am capable of achieving my goals.”
PAUSE…
Take a deep breath in and out, and imagine that with each breath you take, you are filling yourself with confidence and strength.
LONG PAUSE…
As you continue to focus on your breath and repeat the affirmation, “I am confident. I trust in my abilities and I am capable of achieving my goals.”
You notice that you are becoming more and more confident.
You can feel the strength and self-assurance radiating from within you.
PAUSE…
Take one more deep breath in and out, and slowly open your eyes.
And as you bring this confidence and strength with you throughout your day,
Remind yourself that you are capable of achieving your deepest heart’s desires, dreams, and goals.
