Today’s morning meditation is an invitation to envision acceptance.
Accepting ourselves, others, and the circumstances of our lives allows us to live a life of peace and contentment.
When we accept who we are, we can focus on our strengths and be proud of our accomplishments.
When we accept others, we create an environment of understanding and compassion.
When we accept the circumstances of our lives, we can find appreciation for the lessons those experiences bring.
Acceptance can help us to move forward in life with an open heart and an open mind.
So Let’s Begin…
AN INVITATION TO ENVISION ACCEPTANCE MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Begin now, by closing your eyes and taking a few deep breaths.
Feel your feet firmly planted on the ground and your body rooted in the present moment.
PAUSE…
Allow yourself to relax and become aware of the sensations in your body.
Notice any areas of tension and consciously release them.
PAUSE…
I invite you to imagine a bright and healing light surrounding you.
Feel its warmth and compassion embracing you.
PAUSE…
Begin to open your heart and mind to the idea of acceptance.
Acceptance of yourself, of others, and of the world.
Let go of any judgments or expectations you may have and simply be in this moment.
PAUSE…
As you take in the feeling of acceptance, allow yourself to forgive yourself for any mistakes or missteps you have made.
Know that you are worthy of unconditional love and acceptance.
PAUSE…
Allow yourself to become aware of the beauty and the joy of life.
Acknowledge the beauty and perfection of the world around you.
Take a few moments to express your gratitude for all that you have and for all that is yet to come.
PAUSE…
Let go of any fear or worry and open your heart to the possibility of acceptance.
PAUSE…
Breathe in acceptance and love,
And breathe out peace and understanding.
PAUSE…
Take this feeling of acceptance with you throughout your day,
And remember to always treat yourself, others, and the world with kindness and respect.
