Today’s morning meditation gives you the opportunity to meditate on the affirmation I am resilient.

It’s not yours to hold,

It’s not yours to change.

So release your grip,

And let go of what you can’t control,

So you can dissolve the pressure,

And focus your energy on what you can.

So Let’s Begin…

Your true strength lies not in your force,

But in your resilience.

Your ability to get back up.

Your ability to push through the tough.

PAUSE (10 SEC)…

So relax deeply into yourself,

And become one with your strength.

I am resilient.
