As you clear your mind, and relax your body,
Bring yourself inside,
And allow yourself to slow down.
LONG PAUSE…
Take in a nice deep belly breath
And let out a clearing exhale.
PAUSE…
What do you spend time worrying about?
PAUSE…
Where do your anxious thoughts take you?
LONG PAUSE…
Acknowledgment is a powerful step in transcending fear.
PAUSE…
In order to grow and expand past them,
You must see them for what they truly are,
PAUSE…
And know you are more than anything you have ever feared
LONG PAUSE…
Accept and love each emotion that comes to the surface as you reflect.
PAUSE…
Taking each inhale to acknowledge and embrace your fears,
And simply be here with them.
Without judgment,
Without stories,
Without any attachments to them.
Just present in the deep awareness of them all.
LONG PAUSE (2 MIN)
Now come back to your breath,
And take a moment to notice how fear sounds in your head.
How it feels in your body.
How it feels in your soul.
PAUSE…
Be here with this fear,
And let every inhale strengthen you,
Reminding you of who you are,
So that fear can simply be.
Without any drama,
And instead open with lessons and wisdom.
