A WILLINGNESS TO RELEASE RESISTANCE MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
You can feel it,
When you’re holding on tightly.
When you’re attached to an idea, thought, or belief.
PAUSE…
We unintentionally resist happiness, freedom, and love.
And so we feel stuck in patterns that keep us from truly thriving.
PAUSE…
You may feel this tug-o-war between love and the ego,
In your body,
Or your mind.
PAUSE…
Where is this push-pull resistance showing up for you right now?
LONG PAUSE…
Breathe in willingness.
PAUSE…
Exhale resistance.
PAUSE…
Notice your fears of letting go, your resistance, leaving you.
Call in the gentle, compassionate grace of being willing to release resistance,
And sink into love.
Sink into flow.
PAUSE…
In the absence of resistance, you become a magnet for more greatness,
A magnet for miracles.
A magnet for manifestations.
PAUSE…
And all that is needed,
Is a small amount of willingness to release the resistance,
And put love first,
To trust,
And surrender.
