Let your body soften,
Your breath slow,
Your mind release its grip.
PAUSE
Imagine yourself by a quiet river.
The water moves with ease,
Never rushing, never forcing,
Simply flowing,
Carving its path with grace.
PAUSE
Step into the water.
Feel its gentle embrace.
It lifts you, carries you,
Supports you effortlessly.
PAUSE
Let yourself float.
PAUSE
No need to steer.
No need to paddle.
The river already knows where to go.
It has always known.
PAUSE
Surrender to the current.
Let go of the belief
That you must always be in control,
That life must be pushed, planned, perfected.
PAUSE
Breathe.
And feel yourself soften into trust.
PAUSE
The river moves through bends and curves,
Through still waters and gentle ripples,
Yet never questions its direction.
PAUSE
Can you trust life like this?
Can you allow yourself to be carried?
PAUSE
You were never meant to struggle upstream,
To force and resist,
To grasp for what is already flowing toward you.
PAUSE
Feel the water beneath you,
The universe holding you,
Life guiding you.
PAUSE
Now, just rest in this stillness,
Carried by something greater than your mind.
Held by the gentle hands of life itself.
