Today’s morning meditation is a long pause for you to experience.
Today we’ll begin with a little bit of guidance and then the music will play as you practice being within the pause.
So Let’s Begin…
A LONG PAUSE MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
So close your eyes,
And let yourself find a position that’s comfortable for you.
Adjusting your body a bit,
And then taking one deep breath in,
And exhaling a big sigh as you settle your body deeper.
Now be here.
Deep within the pause.
Surrendered to everything that’s here for you.
Now slowly bring your attention back to your breath.
Bring your hands to your heart and bow your head,
Accepting this meditation exactly as it was, exactly as it needed to be today.
