PAUSE
All you need is a little more Bliss.
PAUSE…
Place your hands on your heart,
Breathe in through your nose,
Then release through your nose on the exhale,
Slowing your breath as you breathe in and out.
PAUSE…
Sometimes, just merely slowing down,
Allows us to expand,
Grow more,
Dive deeper,
And enjoy more bliss from within our authentic selves.
PAUSE…
Can you allow yourself to completely indulge in slowing down in this moment right now?
LONG PAUSE…
Your mind wants to wander,
Worry,
Check things off a list.
PAUSE…
But resist the urge to follow those thoughts,
And simply be here.
PAUSE…
Breathe into to this moment,
Slow yourself all the way down.
PAUSE…
Just breathe into the slowness…Allow yourself to indulge in this moment.
LONG PAUSE…
Doing a little bit less,
To become present to more bliss.
LONG PAUSE…
Take a moment each day,
To slow yourself down,
Press pause,
Breathe deeply,
Find your center,
And discover a little bit more bliss.
