Exhale out all of the air from your body,
and fill up with a new, cleansing breath in.
PAUSE
Creating space for clarity,
looks like clearing out mental and physical blocks from our system,
and making way for peace to energize and fill us up.
LONG PAUSE
Let go of all the tension in your body,
and exhale out all of the noisy thoughts,
that have been cluttering up your mind.
PAUSE
Embrace the natural pace of your breath,
as peace and clarity,
make their way to you now.
LONG PAUSE
Your body can welcome the new space,
and revel in the peace as you breathe.
PAUSE
Every cell in your body is expanding,
making room for clarity as you breathe
PAUSE
and holding the space for understanding,
and acceptance as you exhale.

Be here,
Within this space,
And just be.
