5-MINUTES OF DEEP BREATHING MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Breathe into your body,
Breathe into your mind,
Breathe into your soul…
LONG PAUSE…
Just let go…
And JUST breathe.
LONG PAUSE…
Don’t think about what’s next.
Forget about those tasks.
Let go of the worry about what you can’t control.
Let yourself just BREATHE into this moment.
LONG PAUSE…
Know you are all that you need.
Use your breathe to sink deeper into yourself.
PAUSE
Breathe in deep,
Filling your belly, chest and entire body with air,
Until you can’t breathe in any more,
And then release,
Exhaling the air,
And feeling yourself melt.
LONG PAUSE…
Now bring one hand to your heart,
The other hand to your belly.
And begin breathing in,
Inhaling deeply,
And feeling the expansion of your belly and chest with your hands.
Now hold it at the top for just a moment,
And then exhale,
Releasing it all,
And sinking further into this moment,
And into yourself.
