5-MINUTE GROUNDING MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Close your eyes,
And come into your body now.
PAUSE
Send away all of the distractions, and focus your attention onto your breathing.
PAUSE
Take a few breaths to clear your mind,
Soften your body,
and connect to your whole being.
LONG PAUSE
So take a deep breath in,
and use this inhale to draw your attention deep inside your body.
PAUSE
Feeling rooted and grounded,
while you recognize your strength and perseverance.
PAUSE
Ground deeper with every exhale,
And feel yourself get stronger and more sure with every cycle of breath.
PAUSE
Relax deeper,
and deeper into this space,
PAUSE
Falling further,
and further into your true self.
As you leave your swirling thoughts behind you.
PAUSE
Breathe here,
and sink into this place of assurance.
PAUSE
Feel your limbs root way beyond your reach,
and beyond the floor beneath you.
PAUSE
Every cell in your body can expand and shrink, as your breath rushes through you.
PAUSE
Knowing you are centered and grounded right where you are.
PAUSE
You are sturdy,
you are sure,
You are strong.
