The emotions you keep.

Without any stories,
Without all the pain.
Let yourself observe,
The darkness in your brain.

Frustrations and complaints,
Sadness and anger too.
They’re all swirling around,
Trying to overpower you.

But keep on breathing,
Slower and slower until,
Your mind make a shift,
And gets a bit more still.
