You can feel it rise up in you,

The heaviness,

The fullness,

The stress.

You’ve given so much lately,

And your tank has run dry.

So rest deeply into this moment, dear one,

And let it be okay that you have nothing left to give.

Let your spirit rest,

As you tap back into the never ending source of energy,

Love,

And grace.

So Let’s Begin…

WHEN YOU HAVE NOTHING LEFT TO GIVE GUIDED MEDITATION SCRIPT

So drop your shoulders,

And soften your face.

PAUSE…

And see if you can find any parts of your body,

That feel tense.

Anywhere you might be holding stress.

PAUSE…

Breathe in,

And imagine the air coming into those places,

Breaking up the tension,

And then as you breathe out,

Imagine your exhale releasing it all out,

As you sink further into comfort.

PAUSE…

Breathe here for a bit.

Gently inviting your attention come inward,

And onto the rhythm of your breathing.

PAUSE…

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Inhale,

Exhale.

PAUSE…

Focusing on our breathing relieves the mind of its power.

She thinks she controls us,

She thinks she rules our world.

But your soul knows the truth.

That the mind is just one magical piece of who you are,

And the more practice you have managing all those thoughts she produces,

Letting go of the heavy and destructive ones,

And inviting in the helpful and positive ones,

The more aligned you are with the source within you.

PAUSE…

So be here with your breath,

And allow your soul to shine through.

For it is she who is the source of your energy,

Your love,

And your light.

PAUSE…

Tap deeply into her pools,

And drink until you are full again.
