So Let’s Begin…

UNWIND AND LET GO SLEEP MEDITATION SCRIPT
Close your eyes, dear one,
And gently return to your breath.
Let it come and go in its own rhythm—
Just the soft tide of your being,
Moving in and moving out.
Pause…
Feel your body resting beneath you,
Supported by the earth,
Held by the night.
Let your shoulders fall,
Let your jaw unclench,
Let your belly grow soft.
Pause…
Imagine there is a spool of thread at the center of your chest.
Tightly wound from the day—
From the thoughts, the doing, the efforting.
Pause…
And now, with each gentle breath,
The thread begins to turn…
Slowly, sweetly,
It unravels.
Pause…
One soft pull…
And something inside loosens.
A thought you’ve been holding,
A moment you replayed…
Unwinds.
Long Pause…
Another breath.
Another spin of the spool.
Pause…
The tension around your ribs begins to melt.
The tightness in your throat—softens.
The little knots of emotion,
So carefully held,
Begin to ease open.
Pause…
Let the thread keep turning,
Thread by thread,
Worry by worry,
Let it all unravel.
Long Pause…
There is nothing to hold together now.
You are safe to fall apart,
Safe to soften.
Safe to let go.
Pause…
The thread keeps moving,
Gentle and true—
Spinning out stories,
Spinning out expectations,
Spinning out all the pieces of you
That worked so hard to stay together today.
Pause…
Let the unraveling be kind.
Let it be sacred.
Let it be enough.
Pause…
And when the spool is empty,
When your heart is no longer tangled…
You feel the quiet.
The softness underneath the holding.
The space where peace lives.
Pause…
You have unwound.
You have returned.
You are here.
Pause…
Let your breath now carry you into sleep,
Let your body lie still, light, and open.
The day has released you.
The thread has loosened.
And all that remains
Is this…
A quiet you.
A peaceful you.
Pause…
Sweet Dreams, Beautiful
