There is a softness waiting for you.

A space where the weight of your day, the strain of your mind, can fall away.

You’ve carried so much, moved through so many moments,

But here, you are invited to let it all slip from your grasp.

 

PAUSE…

 

Breathe, dear one.

Feel the gentle rhythm of your breath.

 

PAUSE…

 

In this moment, you are allowed to be, just as you are.

To unravel, to unwind, and to let your body melt into the night.

 

LONG PAUSE…

 

With each breath, feel the tension leaving your body.

The tightness in your chest, the weight on your shoulders,

Feel them begin to soften, as though the night itself is absorbing them.

 

PAUSE…

 

Let your breath be your anchor,

A gentle pull, guiding you deeper into yourself.

With every inhale, you create space.

With every exhale, you release the heaviness you’ve been carrying.

 

PAUSE…

 

Unwind, dear one.

This is your time to heal.

Your body, your mind, your spirit have been calling for rest,

And now, you answer that call.

Imagine all the pieces of yourself that have been stretched thin,

You are invited to step into that peace,

To let it wash over you, healing you, restoring you.

Let go, dear one.
