The Whispers Guided Meditation

Today’s guided meditation is a practice of getting quiet and listening to the wisdom of the whispers.

They come in all forms, 

The whispers of your heart. 

Sometimes loud and bold. 

They can show up as a thought,

Or riding the breezes of the wind,

Sometimes soft and controlled. 

PAUSE…

No matter how they arrive,

The whispers are here,

To speak the truth of your soul.

They guide you to the answers,

You didn’t know you needed,

To remind you that you are whole.

So Let’s Begin…

THE WHISPERS GUIDED MEDITATION SCRIPT

So breathe in deeply,

And let your exhale release,

The swirling thoughts from your head.

It’s just a bunch of noise,

That can overpower what’s real,

The truth of the whispers will spread.

LONG PAUSE…

What will you find,

When nothing exists,

But the stillness of this moment now?

Don’t fear the open spaces,

Or the quiet that resides,

It’s here you truly can allow.

LONG PAUSE…

The whispers will come,

Until you choose to act,

On their guidance that’s leading you home.

Every step of the way,

Tune into yourself,

And know you’re not traveling alone.

PAUSE…

Perhaps you feel scared,

Of those whispers you hear,

They seem risky, big and unknown.

But come deep inside,

And trust the whispers know,

There’s no need to postpone.

LONG PAUSE…

The more practice you have,

The more times you just trust,

And take action on the whispers, you’ll see.

You’ll hear them more often,

And finally understand,

They are guiding you to be alive and free.
