The Songs of the Island Sleep Meditation

Tonight’s sleep meditation will help you fall asleep to the songs of the island.

You close your eyes,

And melt into the hammock. 

Everything begins to calm down. 

Your ears start to hear,

The sweet songs of the island,

Sounds chime in from all around.

So Let’s Begin…

THE SONGS OF THE ISLAND SLEEP MEDITATION SCRIPT

The crickets begin to strum,

Their sweet, light tune.

The breeze begins to blow,

The clouds across the moon.

PAUSE…

The trees begin to sway,

Their leaves a calming song.

Relax a little further now,

The island is where you belong.

PAUSE…

Breathe and relax,

Breathe and release.

LONG PAUSE…

Sway nice and slow,

Feel the hums of the night.

Breathe in the island glow,

And hear its songs tonight.

PAUSE…

As you sink in deeper,

As you unfurl your day,

You’ll hear the soft singing,

Of the waters at play.

LONG PAUSE (OCEAN/WATER SOUNDS)…

A soft lapping of waves,

Keep kissing the sand at its shores.

It’s almost as if it craves,

Its water to be one with yours.

PAUSE…

Surrender to the rhythms,

The symphony of calming songs.

The island is your home now,

So sleep deeply until dawn.

PAUSE…

Breathe and relax,

Breathe and release.

LONG PAUSE…

Sway nice and slow,

Feel the hums of the night.

Breathe in the island glow,

And fall asleep to its songs tonight.
