So Let’s Begin…

THE SECRET LIBRARY OF DREAMS MEDITATION SCRIPT
Settle yourself into bed, love.
Find that cozy position
That lets your body release the day.
PAUSE
Take in a long, slow breath,
And then exhale it fully,
Feeling your body melt a little deeper
Into the softness beneath you.
LONG PAUSE
Let your shoulders drop,
Your jaw unclench,
And your arms and legs
Grow heavy and warm.
PAUSE
Notice the rhythm of your breath now,
A gentle tide moving in and out,
Guiding you toward calm.
LONG PAUSE
Now, with your body at rest,
See if you can imagine
A door appearing before you.
A tall, ancient door
With carvings etched into its wood,
And a golden handle
That seems to glow.
PAUSE
As you slowly open the door,
You step inside
To find yourself standing
In a vast library.
PAUSE
The ceilings are high,
With lanterns casting
A soft amber light.
The air smells faintly
Of cedar and parchment.
LONG PAUSE
Towering bookshelves surround you,
Their rows lined
With books of every size and color.
Some glow faintly,
As if lit from within.
PAUSE
You walk slowly,
Letting your fingers trail
Across the spines,
Until one book seems
To call to you.
PAUSE
You take it down carefully,
And as you open the cover,
The words shimmer and lift
From the pages,
Like tiny golden fireflies,
Floating gently into the air.
PAUSE
These are your dreams, love.
Each word,
Each glowing letter,
A piece of the beauty within you
Ready to unfold.
LONG PAUSE
You close your eyes,
And the words swirl around you,
Softly wrapping you
In peace,
In wonder,
In possibility.
PAUSE
Another book catches your eye now.
This one a deep midnight blue.
You open it slowly,
And inside are pages filled with calm—
Moments where your mind is still,
Where rest flows freely.
PAUSE
As you read,
You can feel that calm
Seep into you now,
Relaxing your chest,
Quieting your thoughts.
LONG PAUSE
You continue wandering
Through the Secret Library of Dreams,
Discovering books
That hold your hopes,
Your joys,
Your forgotten wishes.
PAUSE
Each one whispers to you softly,
Simply reminding you
That all of it lives inside you,
Waiting for its moment
To rise and shine.
PAUSE
When you’re ready,
You place the books back
Onto their shelves,
Knowing they will keep
Their magic safe for you.
PAUSE
You return to the center of the library,
Where a velvet chair awaits.
You sink into its softness,
And feel your eyes grow heavy,
As the library begins to fade
Into your dreams.
LONG PAUSE
Sweet Dreams, Beautiful.
