So Let’s Begin…

THE SACRED STILLNESS MEDITATION SCRIPT
Settle into this moment,
Like a leaf floating down,
Gently touching the surface,
Of a lake without a sound.
PAUSE
Feel the quiet arriving,
As day turns to dusk.
The world slowly painting,
In twilight’s soft brush.
PAUSE
Your breath becomes whispers,
Of ancient pine trees,
Swaying ever so slightly,
In evening’s sweet breeze.
LONG PAUSE
Let your thoughts become stars,
Twinkling far, far away.
Distant lights in the darkness,
Too far for meaning to stay.
PAUSE
Your body is sinking,
Into earth deep and warm.
Like roots of an oak tree,
Finding peace at your core.Â
PAUSE
The night wraps around you,
A blanket of blue.
Crickets sing you a lullaby,
Ancient and true.
LONG PAUSE
Here in the stillness,
Time seems to pause.
The universe holds you,
In its infinite cause.
PAUSE
Feel peace in your bones,
As ancient as stone.
A calm that’s existed,
Since time was unknown.
PAUSE
Like mist on the mountains,
Your worries dissolve.
In this sacred stillness,
No problems to solve.
LONG PAUSE
The moon bathes your soul,
In its silver-white glow.
Every cell in your body,
Now quiet and slow.
PAUSE
This peace is eternal,
It’s always been here.
In the space between breaths,
All thoughts disappear.
PAUSE
So rest in this silence,
This sacred still place.
Where your spirit finds harbor,
In infinite grace.
Namaste, Beautiful
