The thoughts keep coming…raining down on you and soaking you in worry, one small drop at a time.Anxiety comes upon you as you replay scenes of “what ifs” and worst case scenarios in your mind.
You are soaked in worry.
And no matter how legitimate your concerns are, the stress and anxiety that is caused stops you from living a vibrant, joyful life.
You will not find answers in worry. You will not find possibilities.
So you must practice stopping the cycle of worrying so you can find the solutions and the peace you crave.
