You are swimming in blessings. My hope is for you to use this meditation as often as you can, to help you start your mornings with gratitude and feel the waves of joy you deserve to feel every single day.

Whether you’re in a season of your life where you feel like you’re flying and everything is clicking, or you’re going through the most challenging time you can recall…you have so much to be grateful for.
So the intention of today’s meditation is to take the time to identify all those things and to surround yourself with them, in a visual that will leave you feeling light and loved and grateful…and ready to live your day in a state of joy that will not only have positive effects on your experience, but will emanate onto others around you.
While we usually use meditation to detach from our thoughts, today we’re going to intentionally guide our thoughts towards memories, visions and thoughts to be thankful for.
As Zig Ziglar says, “Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions. The more you express gratitude for what you have, the more likely you will have even more to express gratitude for.”
