SPREAD THE LIGHT GUIDED MEDITATION SCRIPT
So bring your attention inward,
And let yourself settle.
Find the comforting rhythm of your breathing,
And let each breath get a little deeper,
Flooding your body with oxygen,
And relaxing yourself into comfort.
Let those thoughts float by,
Like clouds passing by in the sky.
And keep coming back home.
Deep into your soul,
With every single breath.
Away from those thoughts,
Away from tasks.
Away from any worries or anxieties or fears that might be lurking.
Release them all,
And come inside.
It’s here where your candle burns,
So breathe in and watch the light of your candle grow.
Feel the heat,
See the glow.
And be here with its welcoming warmth.
One with your power.
One with your magic.
One with you.
Now image yourself slowly looking up,
And as you do, you notice another candle glowing in the distance.
It has its own special color,
You find yourself inspired,
And deeply touched by this light.
And moved to share.
Into a mirror you transform,
And the light of that candle is immediately reflected out into the world.
