Today’s slow down time meditation will help you let go of the constraints of not enough time and embrace the power of now.
So often, we can feel the pull of time.
The Earthly restraints of not enough time.
We get caught up in the vortex of time management in order to fit it all in,
Feeling fed by the amount of things done on our checklists,
And also constantly weighed down by all there is left to do.
But So often, we can feel the pull of time.
The Earthly restraints of not enough time.
We get caught up in the vortex of time management in order to fit it all in,
Feeling fed by the amount of things done on our checklists,
And also constantly weighed down by all there is left to do.
But time does not work the way we think it does.
It’s a beautiful illusion that helps us navigate our lives,
But only truly exists in the present moment.
Right now.
So this meditation will help you slow down time,
So you can be here now.
Right now.
So this meditation will help you slow down time,
So you can be here now.
So Let’s Begin…

SLOW DOWN TIME MEDITATION SCRIPT
So relax,
And take a moment to adjust your body so you can settle deeper into comfort.
Feeling yourself slowing down,
And settling.
Be here.
Aware of your body.
PAUSE…
Relax your face,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
And your chest.
PAUSE…
Let your belly soften,
Your hips relax,
And your legs melt.
And then find your breath.
PAUSE…
Observe its smooth rhythm as it travels in and out of your nose,
Breathe in,
And breathe out.
And see if you can inhale a little deeper,
And exhale a little longer,
Expanding your breathing,
And slowing you down.
PAUSE…
Be here.
In this moment.
With this breath.
With these words.
Bring every cell of your body with you into this moment,
Alive and present to the miracle of life.
And when your mind teases you with thoughts that want to bring you away from here,
Simply observe them and breathe them out,
Coming back into this moment.
Using your breath to guide you home.
Breathe…
LONG PAUSE…
You exist here, my love.
And time slows down for you here,
Releases you from its limiting constraints,
And expands in the beauty of this present moment.
Namaste, Beautiful.
