So Let’s Begin…

SLEEP UNDER THE NORTHERN LIGHTS MEDITATION SCRIPT
Take a soft breath in,
And let it travel gently through your body.
As you release it,
Notice how everything begins to settle—
Your shoulders,
Your chest,
Your thoughts.
LONG PAUSE
Feel yourself surrendering
To the stillness of night.
PAUSE
Wrapped in a thick, warm blanket,
You find yourself lying on a snowy hill.
The air around you is crisp and clean,
But the layers of softness
Keep you safe and comfortable.
PAUSE
The snow beneath you
Is firm and steady,
And the blanket cradles you
In perfect warmth.
PAUSE
Above you,
The sky is dark and infinite.
Stars scatter across it like diamonds,
Bright and steady.
And then—
A shimmer begins.
LONG PAUSE
A ribbon of pale green light
Unfurls across the horizon,
Slow and graceful,
Like silk carried on the wind.
PAUSE
It ripples and bends,
Swaying gently,
Before another color joins it—
Blue,
Then violet,
Then streaks of white.
The Northern Lights have come alive.
PAUSE
You lie back against the snowy hill,
Your body warm and safe,
Your gaze lifted to the sky.
PAUSE
Each wave of light
Moves in rhythm with your breath.
Inhale—
The ribbons stretch wide.
Exhale—
They curl and fold into one another.
LONG PAUSE
You feel yourself soften with them,
Melt with them,
Surrendering to their flow.
LONG PAUSE
The lights seem to carry away
Whatever heaviness lingers inside you,
Dissolving it into color,
Into stillness,
Into peace.
PAUSE
The sky feels vast,
But you do not feel small.
You feel part of it,
As though the same energy
That paints the heavens
Also lives within you.
LONG PAUSE
The ribbons of light
Grow slower now,
Their colors fading softer,
Quieter,
Until the sky becomes calm again.
PAUSE
You close your eyes,
Still wrapped in warmth,
Still resting on the snowy hill,
And you can feel
That magic inside you still—
A deep, unshakable peace.
LONG LONG PAUSE
Sweet Dreams, Beautiful.
