Tonight’s sleep meditation will help you ease into peaceful sleep as you relax safe in the arms of sleep tonight.

Lay your head on your pillow tonight,

And relax into the comforts of your bed.

Here all your worries can dissolve,

All your fears can float away,

If you just trust,

And surrender into the safe arms of sleep.

So Let’s Begin…

SAFE IN THE ARMS OF SLEEP MEDITATION SCRIPT

Breathe in,

And breathe out,

And bring all the heaviness to the night.

Hand over the nightmares,

The details and the anxiety.

And settle into her embrace.

PAUSE…

If pain lives within you,

Branded upon your heart from the past.

Breathe in deep and bring it forth,

And hand it over to the night.

LONG PAUSE…

So snuggle in deeper into your sheets,

Nestling comfortably in your bed.

And feel the arms of sleep hug you gently,

As you let your body melt deeper,

And deeper,

And deeper.

LONG PAUSE…

She’s a part of your Divine Mother, 

Sleep will keep you safe,

Wrapping you in her arms,

And reminding you that everything is okay.

PAUSE…

She blocks the worries,

Fights off the fears, 

And rocks you side to side.

Surrender to her now,

Her rhythm,

Her love,

And trust she’ll guide you tonight.

PAUSE…

Breathe out,

And feel it all release.

The thoughts,

The emotions,

The pain.

Breathe in,

And believe,

It can all shed from you like leaves from a tree.

PAUSE…

Watch them float away into the darkness,

Dancing in the gentle bursts of wind.

As you surrender your body to the night,

Deeply relaxed,

Safe,

And loved.
