Why are you so angry?
You call out to your anger.
What is going on?
Spinning, screaming and bubbling,
Refuses to answer back.
She just wants to fume.
You lower your voice,

And ask again,

And then you wait.
Relax your body,

And surrender to the stillness of your soul.
As you listen.
Underneath the screaming,
In between all the bursts of rage,
