RELAX INTO SLEEP AFTER A HIGH ENERGY DAY MEDITATION SCRIPT
So let yourself move around in your bed a little bit,
Stretching your arms and your legs out wide,
Feeling the electricity of energy running through your body.
Take a deep breath in,
And release your stretch,
Settling yourself into your favorite sleeping position.
PAUSE…

Be here.
With your body.
With your breath.
With your thoughts that may be running through your mind like cars on the highway.
Just observing it all,
As you are here,
In this moment.
Aware that you – the beautiful being of light that you are – is separate from all of it.
Just breathe,
And be here.
PAUSE…
Feel your face relax,
Your jaw release,
Your neck soften,
Your shoulders drop,
Your chest relax,
Your stomach soften.
Breathe…
PAUSE…
Feel the heaviness of your arms,
Your hips,
And your legs,
Pull you deeper into the comfort of your soft bed.
Breathe…

The buzz of the day may still be living inside of you.
So as you breathe in,
Let your breath find it and hold it in its arms.
