Moving Meditation

When we think of meditation, the images that come to mind are usually ones of us sitting down in a perfect lotus position, incense and candles burning around us and our eyes calmly shut.

But that’s not what meditation has to look like.

It can also look like movement…eyes open…and simply being present in the moment.

So the intention of today’s guided meditation is to help you be present with your moving body, so you can clear your mind and connect with nature.
