Close your eyes softly,
And take a big, deep breath in,
Filling your body with fresh air.
Release as you exhale,
And feel yourself settling into yourself.
Feeling connected. Peaceful. Aligned.
PAUSE…
May my journal capture the words that I need to see today.
May I gain clarity as I tap into the wisdom of the Universe,
The wisdom inside of me.
And may the catharsis of journaling leave me feeling light and grateful.
