And allow the stillness to illuminate our focus,

And fuel our productivity.

MEDITATION FOR PRODUCTIVITY GUIDED MEDITATION SCRIPT

So allow your body to relax,

And your mind to settle.

Let the soothing rhythm of your breathing slow you down,

As you breathe in deeper,

And breathe out longer.

PAUSE…

Lower your shoulders,

Soften your cheeks,

And release all the tension in your arms and legs.

Breathe,

And relax deeply into comfort.

PAUSE…

Productivity comes when the mind is clear,

And your energy is focused.

So allow yourself to gather up all of those shoulds,

All of those tasks,

And all of the judgements about them all,

And watch them dissolve with every breath out.

Breathe in deeply,

And breathe out as it all dissolves away.

LONG PAUSE…

Let it all go,

And keep coming back here,

Back to your breath,

Back to your body,

Back to this moment.

And find your stillness.

LONG PAUSE…

Breathe out and let go,

Breathe out and let it dissolve.

LONG PAUSE…

Surrender to the stillness,

And allow clarity to come to you.
