And open yourself to the treasures here.

The joy.

The freedom.

ME TIME GUIDED MEDITATION SCRIPT

So begin by taking a big, full breath in,

Filling your body with fresh air,

And hold it at the top for just a few seconds,

And then exhale,

Letting it all go,

And then settling deeper into your position,

And deeper into comfort.

PAUSE…

This practice is here so you can come deeper into you.

Deeper into the present.

Deeper into your breath.

PAUSE…

Right here,

Right now,

In this breath,

Your life exists.

Your soul vibrates.

PAUSE…

With each breath in,

And each breath out,

Layers of thinking peel away from you.

Layer after layer of figuring things out,

Accomplishing,

Striving,

And organizing,

All fall away from you,

And float away into nothingness.

PAUSE…

Leaving you here,

Present with the beating heart of your true self.

Easily seeing your power,

Your magic,

Your beauty.

PAUSE…

Easily connecting to answers,

Guidance,

And the vast universe.

PAUSE…

Easily seeing the divine souls of others,

Connected,

Loving,

And treasured.

This time is for you,

To calm you,

To fill you,

To root you.
