The intention of tonight’s meditation is to give you a chance to surrender to the peaceful sleep waiting for you with a little less guidance and a little more music.
I’ll be guiding you as usual in the beginning, eventually allowing the music to take over, and then coming back in every so often to bring your awareness back to your breath.
So Let’s Begin…

LESS GUIDANCE, MORE MUSIC MEDITATION SCRIPT
So allow yourself to settle,
Adjusting your body until it finds the most comfortable sleeping position for you.
And when you’re finally snuggled in,
Take a deep breath in,
And as you breathe out, feel yourself sinking into your bed just a little further.
PAUSE…

Listen to your breathing.
This wonderful, rhythmic river of life,
Entering you,
And existing you.
Entering and exiting.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Receiving and releasing.
PAUSE…
Relax your face,
Lower your shoulders,
And feel your arms and legs get heavier as they fall into your bed.
Breathe…
PAUSE…
Now as the music takes over, invite yourself to melt into it as you surrender to deep sleep.
And if yourself attaching to thoughts and emotions that come up,
Just come back to your breath,
Find its rhythm,
And then surrender once again.
PAUSE…
Come back to your breath,
Breathing in,
And breathing out.
Expanding and contracting.
Releasing your day,
And releasing yourself into sleep.
PAUSE…
Breathe.
Just breathe.
And fall into sleep.
