So Let’s Begin…

HOLIDAY STRESS MEDITATION SCRIPT
Let your mind drift slowly,
To snowflakes in the night.
Each worry they carry,
Dissolving in the light.
PAUSE
Feel your breath turning,
To winter’s gentle mist.
As your chest rises, falling,
Like waves that now resist.
PAUSE
The season brings pressure,
Lists that grow and grow.
But here in this moment,
Time moves soft and slow.
PAUSE
Picture a snow globe,
All shaken, swirling fast.
Like thoughts in your mind,
Too hurried to last.
PAUSE
Now watch as the flakes,
Begin to settle down.
Each anxious thought landing,
Without a sound.
PAUSE
Let peace fall around you,
Like a blanket of snow.
Covering the chaos,
So your mind can let go.
PAUSE
Breathe in the stillness,
Of a world wrapped in white.
Where expectations can’t find you,
In the hush of the night.
LONG PAUSE
The gifts that matter most,
Can’t be wrapped with a bow.
The present of presence,
Is the best gift to know.
PAUSE
So gather the moments,
That sparkle and shine.
Let go of the perfect,
Give yourself time.
PAUSE
Like frost on a window,
Let your worries dissolve.
As warmth from within you,
Helps your heart resolve.
PAUSE
The season is fleeting,
But peace can remain.
When you give yourself permission,
To release all the strain.
PAUSE
So rest in the quiet,
Of your own gentle night.
Where all of those tasks,
Will wait in the light.
LONG PAUSE
Feel the calm settle in you,
Like snow on the ground.
In this moment of stillness,
True peace can be found.
Namaste, Beautiful
