HEALING REST FOR THE TENDER HEART: EMOTIONAL SLEEP  MEDITATION SCRIPT

 

Close your eyes, love.

The day is done.

 

PAUSE

 

Perhaps, you feel fragile tonight.

Tender.

Perhaps you may even feel broken in some places.

 

And that is okay.

It is safe to feel exactly as you do.

 

PAUSE

 

Just let yourself rest here.

 

LONG LONG PAUSE

 

Let your body unclasp what it’s been holding.

The tightness in your chest.

The ache in your heart.

The heaviness in your mind.

 

LONG PAUSE

 

Let them all soften now,

As you lie here, cared for,

seen.

 

PAUSE

 

Breathe in deeply,

And with your breath out, whisper inside:

I can let go, I can rest now.

 

PAUSE

 

Let those words repeat like a gentle rocking.

Reminding you that nothing is required of you in this moment.

The world can wait.

Your clarity, your strength, your healing begins with rest.

 

PAUSE

 

If emotions rise, let them.

 

PAUSE

 

If tears come, let them.

 

PAUSE

 

You don’t have to be strong here.

You don’t have to push away the way you feel.

 

PAUSE

 

You are allowed to be tender.

You are allowed to feel.

And you are still safe.

You are still loved.

You can still rest now.

Feel the comfort of these words wrapping around you,

Again and again:

I can let go, I can rest now.

Right now, you are simply asked to rest.

To surrender into sleep.

To let yourself be held by the quiet of the night.

Let the silence remind you that you are not alone.
The stillness is your companion.
The night is your friend.
And together, they will watch over you as you rest.

You are allowed to soften,
To unravel,
To breathe without expectation.

PAUSE

Every breath you take tonight
Is mending the tender places inside.
Every exhale is loosening the heaviness.
Every pause is creating more space for peace.

So let go. 

The only thing asked of you
Is to receive this rest.

PAUSE

And as you drift, let the words echo gently,
