Healing Raindrops of the Night Sleep Meditation

Tonight’s sleep meditation will allow the healing raindrops to relax you deeply into sleep.

Breathe,

And listen to the raindrops outside.

Relax your body,

And let them heal you tonight.

Heal your mind,

Heal your body,

Heal your soul.

So Let’s Begin…

HEALING RAINDROPS OF THE NIGHT SLEEP MEDITATION SCRIPT

So come,

And invite your body to snuggle and settle deeply into your bed.

Close your eyes,

And open your senses.

PAUSE…

Feel the soft layers of sheets and blankets around you as they caress your skin.

Taste the crisp air of the night,

As you drop your tongue from the roof of your mouth,

And relax your jaw.

Listen to the gentle rhythm of the raindrops outside,

And invite its symphony to heal you tonight.

Drop by drop.

Breathe…

And let your body relax even further into your bed.

LONG PAUSE…

The water heals,

And tonight she comes to you in millions of precious drops of rain,

Ready to touch your skin,

Soothe your heart,

And soften your mind.

PAUSE…

Lucretius said that the fall of dropping water wears away the stone.

So breathe in,

And search yourself.

Search for the stone,

Those places inside of you that may be hurting tonight,

May be in pain,

May be feeling anxious,

Or worried,

Or covered in fear.

PAUSE…

Breathe in and let your breath find the stones,

The parts of you that want to control,

Want to forget,

Or want to fight.

The parts of you that want to cry,

Want to hurt,

Or want to shrink.

PAUSE…

These stones are a part of you,

And deserve no shame.

They are ready to be healed.

So breathe deeply, beautiful,

And tune into the sounds of the rain,

And feel each raindrop as it gently lands on your rocks,

Over and over again,

Slowly dissolving them,

Slowly releasing them,

Slowly healing you.

LONG PAUSE…

Breathe,

And let the raindrops heal you.

One drop of magic at a time.

One drop of forgiveness,

One drop of connection,

One drop of love.

Over and over,

Until the last bit of stones are gone.

Sweet Dreams, Beautiful.
