Today’s gratitude meditation mini series will help you establish a daily practice of cultivating gratitude so you can amplify all the incredible things happening in your life right now.
This is the last episode of a three part gratitude meditation mini series. The intention is to help you establish a daily practice of cultivating gratitude so you can amplify all the incredible things happening in your life right now. Because when our attention focuses on what we’re grateful for – rather than what’s wrong – our energy shifts from fear to love, and attracts even more good into our lives. If you enjoy this series, I encourage you to continue a daily gratitude practice for 30 days – whether it’s listening to one of the many other gratitude meditations here on the podcast and/or simply writing down 3 things you’re grateful for every day. I promise you, starting with gratitude changes everything.
The intention of today’s gratitude meditation will give you the chance to identify all the challenges you have faced or are facing and find grains of gratitude for them. So you can release the hold they may have on your soul and make more space for the blessings to come.
So Let’s Begin…

GRATITUDE MEDITATION MINI SERIES – GRATITUDE FOR ALL THE CHALLENGES MEDITATION SCRIPT
So settle into a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Naturally bringing your attention inward.
Relax your face, releasing your jaw and dropping your tongue.
Lower your shoulders, and feel yourself drop into deeper comfort.
Notice the smoothe rhythm of your breath,
Expanding as you breathe in,
Contracting as you breathe out.
Expanding,
Contracting.
Just be here.
Breathing.
Being.
PAUSE…

There’s beauty to be found in every moment.
Every event.
Every situation.
Every relationship.
Even when those moments are painful.
Even when those moments are hard.
Even when those moments crumble you.
There is beauty there.
Take a moment to think about a challenging moment from the past.
A time when things were hard for you.
Perhaps a moment when you broke down in uncontrollable tears because of its weight.
Maybe an entire season that was really heavy.
And as you think about this moment,
Ask yourself these questions…
What good came out of this moment?
How did I grow because of it?
Is my life better today because of it?
PAUSE…
Let yourself swim with the answers to these questions,
Imagining yourself grabbing onto them,
Holding those answers close to you and feeling them warm your body.
And listen as your heart says thank you, releasing a giant wave of gratitude for that moment.
PAUSE…
Now, see if you can identify one challenging moment that’s more recent.
Perhaps it’s something that’s still here and unresolved.
Or maybe you’re fresh from the experience and still feeling raw.
As you think about that moment, ask yourself these questions…
What good can come out of this moment?
How can I grow because of it?
How will I be better because of it?
And take a few moments to swim in the answers to these questions.
Imagining yourself grabbing onto them,
Holding those answers close to you and feeling them warm your body.
And listen as your heart says thank you, releasing a giant wave of gratitude.
PAUSE…
Each of the painful moments and seasons are here for you.
Though it may not feel like it as you’re in the midst of them.
They guide you. Teach you. Shape you.
Breathe in deep gratitude for it all.
