GOOD MORNING SUN MEDITATION SCRIPT

Good morning sun,

Look what you’ve done. 

Light upon my face,

A loving, warm embrace,

The day has just begun. 

PAUSE

Good morning, trees,

You let me breathe.

Fresh life fills me up,

And overflows my cup,

I am peace and ease. 

LONG PAUSE

This day is here just for me,

To be the me I’m meant to be. 

So breathe it in, drink in the warmth,

The sun will call me to transform. 

PAUSE

Good morning, sun,

Help me become,

The version of me that’s you,

Shining bright and true,

Helping spread more love. 

PAUSE

Feel the magic all around,

Can you hear the sweetest sound? 

I dance inside the rays of light,

Filled with wonder and delight. 

LONG PAUSE

Warmth spreads through,

From me to you, 

Every fiber a golden hue.

This brand new day,

Is a chance to play,

Love spreads and renews.
