Nestle safely into the silence here,
As you watch from afar,
The energy anger creates.
The constant chatter of the mind,
The tight clenching of your muscles,
The rising bubbles of red lava bursting from your skin.
Observe the anger, dear one,
And recognize your distance from it right now.
Let it roar on outside of you,
As you breathe yourself deep into the comfort of your stillness.

FORGIVENESS SLEEP MEDITATION SCRIPT
Call upon those memories within you,
The ones you’ve buried and almost forgotten.
And the ones that lie fresh within you.
Beckon them from you now,
And ask them to gather at your center,
Like dry fall leaves being swept into a pile.
Their time has come to heal,
So your soul can be free,
So your heart can thrive,
So breathe in deeply,
And imagine yourself gathering these leaves,
These moments from that touched you.
Gather them up and honor the pain,
And remember the good,
Recognize the gifts,
And find gratitude for it all.
And notice the air around you settle into quiet.
In this stillness,
You touch the divine.
You are divine.
And you see the peace that awaits you,
On the other side of forgiveness.
You understand it all.
So exhale now,
With intention and with love,
And release those leaves from you,
One by one,
Letting the memories go.
Letting the pain go.
Forgiving the people,
And surrendering yourself to the release.
The heaviness has left.
And peace has filled you up.
