But when you FOCUS…when you put your energy and your intentions into one particular direction…magic happens.
Creativity expands. Possibilities arise. Things happen.
So the intention of today’s meditation is to help you focus. To give you practice turning down the noise on all the things that don’t matter and bringing into focus the things that do.
