FALL ASLEEP TO THE SOUNDS OF THE OCEAN MEDITATION SCRIPT
Close your eyes and take a deep, cleansing breath in,
Filling your entire body with fresh air,
Expanding until you can’t,
And then release all that air, as you snuggle into your bed.
PAUSE…

Breathe…
And notice the soft sounds of the ocean waves,
Playing like a bedtime song, inviting you to sleep.
PAUSE…
Relax your forehead,
Your cheeks,
Release your jaw,
And allow your tongue to drop from the roof of your mouth.
And breathe…
PAUSE…
The sea birds chirp in the background,
Calling to each other as they dive for fish,
Reminding you of the vibrant life that exists here,
And the sweet surrender to the cycles of Mother Nature.
Breathe in the sea air,
And feel yourself melt further into bed,
Further into the arms of sleep.
PAUSE…
Let your shoulders drop and release,
Letting go of all the happenings and worries of the day.
Relax your arms, hands and fingers.
Feel your back, hips and thighs melt into your bed,
And let your legs, feet and toes release and relax,
As each breath gets longer,
And surrenders you to sleep.
PAUSE…
Sink into the soothing sounds of the ocean,
The soft melodies that lull you to sleep,
The comforting blankets of nature covering you,
And connecting you to her,
To the water,
The fish,
The birds,
The wind,
The trees,
The sand.
Surrender to the ocean, and fall into deep, peaceful sleep.
