In the quiet of this hour,

 

When shadows dance upon the walls,

 

And the world whispers to pause,

 

I see you,

 

Holding the weight of your day,

 

Your heart fluttering like a leaf in the wind.

 

PAUSE…

 

Inhale deeply, my love,

 

Let the cool night air fill your lungs,

 

Bringing calm to your restless spirit.

 

Feel your body, heavy and warm,

 

As it sinks into the embrace of your bed.

 

Exhale slowly,

 

Releasing the knots of worry,

 

Allowing them to unravel thread by thread.

 

PAUSE…

 

The anxious mind clings to what was,

 

And fears what may never come.

 

But listen to the wisdom of your breath,

 

Each inhale a new beginning,

 

Each exhale a letting go.

 

Here, in the stillness of the night,

 

You are held by the gentle hands of peace.

Turn your attention to the gentle rhythm of your heart,

 

Beating softly, steadily,

 

An ancient drum guiding you back to simplicity.

 

The stars above are watching over you,

 

Their light a million years old,

 

Traveling through time to meet your gaze tonight.

 

Feel your connection to this vast, beautiful universe,

 

How small these anxieties seem beneath the infinite sky.

Hear the distant echoes of the world at rest,
