DEEP BODY RELAXATION SLEEP MEDITATION SCRIPT
Deep into your center.
Where you can feel your breath begin.
Its rhythm calls you to bring your attention here,
Away from the thoughts,
Away from the day,
Away from anything that isn’t this breath.
And bring you here,
One with your body.
And then a soft, golden light arises from within you,
And rests its hand gently on the crown of your head.
The soft, golden light now covers your face,
Kissing your eyes,
And your lips.
Feel the warmth,
It glides down the slopes of your neck,
Releasing the tension within.
And then lowers your shoulders with care,
Let it relax you,
Let it calm you.
The gentle golden light streams down your arms,
And trickles into your hands.
Feel the energy of the soft, golden light,
Begin its descent down your back,
Softening every muscle as it falls slowly down,
Until the golden glow pools and warms your lower back.
Now feel as the golden light rests upon your belly,
And then travels deep into your hips,
Down your left leg,
And now your right leg.
Feel your feet relax,
Breathe in the tender love of the soft golden light,
And know you are blanketed in its warmth.
It covers your body,
Head to toe,
And brings you safely into the dreams of the night.
