Declutter Your Mind

There is such power in decluttering.

In clearing space in your life and in your mind.

When we get rid of thoughts we no longer need or that no longer serve us,

We’re also letting go of the stress, anxiety and ultimately the energy that can come along with housing them.

And then, when the space and energy have been cleared, we are now open to invite in thoughts that serve our highest good.

So the intention of today’s meditation is to walk you through a visualization to declutter your mind so you will feel refreshed, joyful and ready to invite in the energy and thoughts that best serve you.

This meditation is especially useful for you if your mind is racing with thoughts of fear, anxiety or negativity.
